Kurt HaberstrohSupervisor, Cybersecurity Operations Center
Kurt Haberstroh is the Supervisor of Cyber Security Operations (CSOC) at Phillips 66 where he leads a team which consists of full time employees, contractors and a managed service provider with global analysts operating 24 by 7. The CSOC provides enhanced cyber security threat capabilities from a tiered operations center which generates continuous monitoring, intelligence generation and incident response leadership. Kurt has over 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry working across several IT security domains including Vulnerability Management and Identity and Access Management. He serves as the Phillips 66 point of contact for the API IT Security Subcommittee and Oil and Natural Gas ISAC. Kurt earned a bachelor’s in Management Information Systems and minor in Leadership Studies from Kansas State University in 2008. He is currently serving as a member of the MIS Advisory Board for Kansas State University and is a Phillips 66 Shield Scholarship mentor.
